What is in THE BOX OF ZEN?

The heart of the mountains, the heart of the clouds, the heart of the sea, and the heart of the Moon.

The heart of everything...

This famous Zen word is from "Blue Cliff Record" and it refers to the state of being able to talk openly

about everything to the fullest.

We are the Mountain, we are the Sea, we are the moon.

The box is full, yet is empty.

What inside box is not fixated, but is endless possibility.

 

Plant your seed in our box, and we will help you to bloom your original flowers to the fullest.

The previous phrase of the zen word above is

一重山盡又一重

meaning,

In life​, difficulties come one after another. Overcoming them, our mind and body are gradually strengthened, grow our heart stronger and bigger, and our life becomes more profound.

Qi Gong is a meditation in movement, as it coordinates movement and breathing, often with mental focus or visualizations of guiding the qi through the body, but this is not a necessity more a preference.

It involves dynamic movements as well as static practice through a set of postures combined together to assist to body strengthening, stretching, increasing all bodily fluids flows, improving overall balance and coordination as well as awareness of body in time and space.

Being aware in the moment and at the same time not judging anything that occurs inside or outside is the simple process of meditation.
